- Ensures compliance of institution with health care regulations and patient safety standards
Head of Nursing Department
Zulfa Abdallah
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of nursing staff
- Responsible for the deployment of the Nursing staff
- Responsible for handling confidential information, discretion and good judgement
- Organises and plans nursing duties
- Conducts performance appraisals of junior staff in the nursing department.
Lab Technologist/Manager
Raymond Mwakimu
- Responsible for organizing & Planning of duties of junior staff in the lab deparment.
- Responsible for performance appraisals in the lab department.
- Responsible for machine calibration
- Makes sure that the lab meets the standards requirements in terms of hygiene control and waste segregation

Wananchi Hospital Kilifi is an incorporated private limited company located at Kwa Charo wa Mae within Kilifi town, five hundred meters from Kobil Petrol Station off the Mombasa-Malindi highway. The institution was founded by Dr. H.B. Fondo in 1991. It offers both curative and preventive medical services.
