Our Hospital
Currently the hospital prides itself in the provision of quality healthcare services that are supported by a state of the art medical infrastructure and facilities which includes but not limited to Radiology, Theatre, Pharmacy and laboratory run by a team of highly competent and experienced medical professionals.
The hospital currently has a total of 44 employees including all the medical and Non-Medical staff.

Oncology
We are a multidisciplinary medical clinic with a focus on diagnosis, follow-up care, and long-term-symptom management for cancer survivors in Kilifi.
Ophthalmology
We carry out treatments for eye diseases, medically indicated and cosmetic-aesthetic operations on the eyes and tear ducts through specialized care and research.
Radiology
The department has an emergency and trauma X-ray machines located within the accident and emergency unit for medical diagnostic evaluation
Gynecology
We deal with a wide range of issues, including obstetrics, or pregnancy and childbirth, menstruation and fertility issues, hormone disorders, and others.

Inpatient Services
The wards are all equipped with special beds that enhance comfort and quick recovery to Patients. The Hospital Wards set up is also more convenient for daily operations and easier for medical personnel to do their work.

Ultra Sound
Wananchi provides precise and reliable ultrasound services. The Ultrasound Preliminary reports allow clinical staff to know of critical findings before the technician leaves the building and a final report from the radiologist follows shortly after.
V.C.T
Voluntary Testing and Counseling (VCT) for HIV, at our Hospital, involves two counseling sessions; the first one is prior to taking the test known as ‘pre- test counseling’ and the other one following the HIV test, ‘post- test counseling’.
X-ray
The department has an emergency and trauma X-ray machine in the accident and emergency centre and other X-ray units in the department. They are: X-rays for trauma and emergencies, Chest X-rays for medical examinations, X-rays for medical diagnostic evaluation

Laboratory
We provide a comprehensive range of diagnostic testing for patients in our care, as well as collection services for outpatient clinics. We provide clinical laboratory tests for both hospital patients and private outpatient patients.

Our pharmacy is committed to providing efficient services to both in-patients and out-patients, whilst ensuring that treatment is safe and appropriate. We dispense quality medicines at our outlet at the best price possible.

The Surgical Services program includes the Pre-Operative Planning Clinic, Ambulatory Procedure Unit, Surgery and Endoscopy. We offer General surgery, Urology surgery, Gynecological surgery (female reproductive tract), Maxillofacial (or Oral or Dental surgery)

Wananchi Hospital Kilifi is an incorporated private limited company located at Kwa Charo wa Mae within Kilifi town, five hundred meters from Kobil Petrol Station off the Mombasa-Malindi highway. The institution was founded by Dr. H.B. Fondo in 1991. It offers both curative and preventive medical services.
